No shared minibuses. The vehicle, the driver and the guide work for your group alone, even if that group is two people.
The person who answers your first message meets you at your hotel and stays with you until you are dropped off.
Nothing goes into a programme we have not done ourselves, more than once.
Every tour runs in English. Other languages can usually be arranged with notice.
