Definitions
The Operator is Sun Travel, a tour company registered in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic. The User is any visitor to this website. Personal data means any information relating to a directly or indirectly identified individual.
What we collect
From the request form: your name, a phone number or messenger handle, an e-mail address if you give one, the tour and dates you are interested in, the number of guests and any notes you add. Automatically: anonymous visit data such as device type, referring source and pages viewed.
Why we need it
To reply to your request, plan your tour, book transport and guides, and improve the site. We do not use your details for marketing mailings without separate consent.
Who we share it with
Only with the partners without whom the tour cannot happen — drivers, guides, instructors and the places that require a named booking — and only to the extent needed. We do not sell or pass on your data for marketing.
How long we keep it
Request data is kept for three years from your last contact with us. Anonymous statistics are kept for twenty-six months. We will delete your data earlier at your request.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your data, correct it, withdraw consent to processing or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will reply within two working days.
